Junior varsity defeated Lapel in two sets last night. Stats and scores are listed below. 25-18 25-14 Brylie Speicher led the team with 3 aces. Lily Johnson, Elayna Cates, and Kora Weller each had an ace apiece. Lily Johnson and Sierra Snyder each had 4 kills. Ericah Emery, Ava David, June Burtner, and Kora Weller each had 2 kills. Lily Johnson and Ava David led in digs with 10 apiece. Kora Weller had 8 digs. Lily Johnson and Sierra Snyder each had a block assist. Kora Weller ended with 11 assists. The junior varsity will play again this Wednesday at home. Varsity battled and won in five sets last night against Lapel! Stats and scores are listed below. 26-24 20-25 25-14 23-25 15-13 Kalinn Larimore led the team with 7 aces last night! Londyn Frank and Morgan Cates each had 2 aces. Brianna Dailey led in kills with 23! Morgan Cates also punched in 22 kills. Lily Edwards led with 32 digs. Morgan Cates had 15 digs, Londyn Frank had 14, and Ryleigh Myers and Addison Carey both had 12 digs. Brianna Dailey led in blocks with 3 solo and 2 assists. Morgan Cates had 2 solo and 1 assist. Londyn Frank ended the night with 49 assists. The varsity will play again this Wednesday against Alexandria at home. We will be honoring our senior, Addison Carey, in between the JV and varsity matches.
